I am a certified professional coach who partners with my clients as we explore the essential components of success in the exciting pursuit of building well-being, meaningful lives, and flourishing businesses.

I have over 25 years of extensive international teaching, coaching, conference speaking, and retreat facilitation experience. I have lived in five countries during my adult life, and in several spectacular cities.

My favorite clients are those who want to start or have just started a business. I also coach people transitioning from one career to another.  Helping executives create strategies for maximizing their effectiveness is also a passion of mine.  In short, although I enjoy facilitating, speaking, teaching, and writing, 1 to 1 coaching is where I truly excel.  I love to help people achieve their goals.

On a personal note I am an uncle who adores his niece and nephew and never stops learning about how fun life can be when we embrace our inner child.  I am a friend who brings a smile to others by being me, fun-loving, affirming and just a little bit kooky. I am a son and grandson who cherishes his ethnic background and never stops telling stories of his fascinating childhood. Oh, and I am a converted dog lover after adopting Sammy, a total nut and so much fun . . . he reminds me to aspire each day to love unconditionally. Believe me, my life has been packed with meaning and innumerable zany experiences.
